What is your returns policy?

In case you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 10 days, along with the original invoice. We will credit your account, or exchange the item(s) for something else.

Returns shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and if possible with the original packaging and labels intact.

Special order parts may be subject to a 15% handling charge

Please include your original invoice number or order I.D. Goods returned without any information included will not be credited.

No personal information is kept on this site or its server & you will not be asked for personal information which is not needed for the transaction. All we require is name,address,contact & credit/debit card details.

No information is passed to third parties. It is our company policy not to send unsolicited e-mail. Tell me about your levels of Security?

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer & are not held in clear text on any website

If you do not feel happy sending your credit card details out over the Internet, we can process your order by phone. Please call us on Nottingham : 0115-983-5280 Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Faulty Goods

What do I do if I suspect I have a faulty part?

Without exception all catalytic converters must be returned back to us for a detailed test and report.

We can arrange to have the suspect faulty item collected from you, this is currently charged at £9.95 + vat. This charge is refunded if the catalyst has a genuine fault.
